Covid-19 safety agreement

We follow the Government and gymnastics governing body health and safety guidelines to minimise the risk of Covid-19 infection. Parents, carers and gymnasts must also abide by the guidelines set out on our notice board and on our website to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Leaving the gym

In the interests of safety we do not allow any child under the age of 11 to leave the gym on their own. Older children may leave without a parent/carer only if we have your permission to do so.

I give permission for my child who is over 11 years old to leave the gym unaccompanied. I understand that Olicana Gymnastics do not have any responsibility once my child has left the gym doors.

Participation agreement

Gymnastics activities have an inherent risk of injury and although the club will endeavour to minimise risks and adopt safe practices, accidents may still happen. Club members must be physically fit and abide by the safety rules and codes of conduct at all times. Parents/carers and spectators must also abide by the safety rules and codes of conduct found on the club notice board and website.
